All tools supplied come with a 12 MONTHS GUARANTEE fully supported by our well-equipped UK tool-room for corrections, modifications and repairs.

Cores, cavities and critical none standard parts are manufactured from Buderus (German) Tool Steel.

We also can provide a fast turn around of prototype tooling.

toolCare limited offers a 3D product design service.

We can also provide Far Eastern tools manufactured from UK prepared tool designs.

For all new tools supplied, the customer is provided with complete CAD and CAM data, plus any electrodes used during manufacture, after tool completion.

All tools are made strictly to the customers specification. No steel is cut until the customer signs off the GA.
